On my old website (which still exists but is becoming a personal site only) there was no way to buy jewelry directly from the site. The jewelry shown on the front page was there via an Etsy widget and buyers would be redirected to Etsy to make a purchase.
That has now changed; on embergrass.com you can buy directly from my website. I'm using Storenvy to provide the shopping cart and to make it easy for me to add new items, offer coupon codes and other cool things I couldn't do otherwise.
The other key difference in my site now is that it only features jewelry and jewelry-related things like this blog. The old site focused on jewelry but was also a collection of other creative things I wanted to share on the internet. Hopefully, splitting the 2 out like this will make more sense overall.
